Done For You

I build the whole thing. You get every key.

Complete site, funnel, dashboard, and migration off the rented platforms — built end to end and handed over: the GitHub repo, the hosting, the database, the data. You own 100% of it. No monthly ransom to me or anyone else.

3-year total cost: renting vs owning

The rising line is a typical $250/mo rented stack — it runs hotter (yellow into red) the longer it climbs, and it never stops. The green line is the Done For You build plus ~$25/mo infrastructure. They cross around month 22; after that, every month is money you keep.

Rented-stack figures use the same sourced vendor pricing as the calculator on the home page (checked July 2026); $250/mo is the midpoint of the typical $200–500/mo range. Items marked ≈ are typical market ranges and vary.

What you get

The full platform

Site, funnel, lead capture, client dashboard, admin back office, analytics — the same architecture this site runs on.

Migration included

Content, products, lists, and data moved off Shopify, Wix, WordPress, or AWeber without losing what you've built.

Tracking and automation wired

Meta Pixel, Google tag, first-party analytics, and instant lead-response emails, ready for ad traffic.

The Handover

GitHub repo, Vercel hosting, Supabase database — transferred to accounts YOU control. This is the part agencies never do.

Team training

A working session so you or your people can run it day to day.

Proof it works

The site you're reading runs on this exact stack. So do the builds on the portfolio page.

How it works

  1. 1

    Discovery call and scope

Your business, your current stack, your number. Firm quote before anything starts.

  2. 2

    Figma design approved

You sign off on the look before the build.

  3. 3

    Site and funnel built

Pages, offers, forms, tracking — built and tested.

  4. 4

    Dashboard and database live

Your back office: leads, messages, projects, analytics.

  5. 5

    Domain connected and launched

Live on your domain with tracking verified.

  6. 6

    Handover: repo, hosting, database keys

Everything transferred to your accounts, documented, with training.

This is for you if

  • You want the outcome, not a new hobby
  • You're spending real money on rented platforms right now
  • You run ads or plan to, and need a funnel that's actually yours
  • You want the option to run it in-house later — the keys make that possible

It's not for you if

  • You want to learn to build it yourself — start with Learn It
  • You want a $99 template site — that's renting with extra steps

Straight answers

What exactly do I own at the end?

Everything. The GitHub repository with all the code, the Vercel hosting account, the Supabase database with every lead and customer record, and the domain. All in accounts you control. I keep nothing.

Why is it 'scoped per project'?

Because honest pricing follows the work. A lead-gen site with a dashboard is one number; a full e-commerce migration with years of data is another. You get a firm quote on the call — before, not after.

Do I have to pay you monthly after?

No. Your infrastructure runs $0–25/mo paid straight to the vendors (sourced pricing in the calculator). If you WANT me to keep running it, retainers exist — but they're optional, not a hostage situation.

How fast can we launch?

Scope-dependent — the milestone plan comes out of your discovery call, and you watch progress live in your client dashboard the whole way.

They rent you a storefront. I build you the building — and hand you the deed.
