Do you take equity instead of cash?

No. Cash retainer only. Keeps the incentives clean - I don't make money if you exit, so I'm not pushing you toward an exit.

What if I want to renew?

Year 2 onward, the rate is locked at the original number for the duration of the relationship. Loyalty pricing.

Travel?

Two in-person days per quarter. Travel + meals are covered separately at cost (no markup). Domestic only - international is custom-quoted.

What if I don't use you for a quarter?
