Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

No. I do not want the agency model where the operator gets a bigger cut just because you spend more. You pay a flat management fee. Meta bills your card directly.

What do I actually own when this is built?

Do you guarantee a CPL or ROAS?

Can you also run TikTok / Google ads?

TikTok ads - yes, +$997/mo on top. Google ads - not currently. I'd refer you out before doing it badly.

Do I need to build a landing page first?

Not necessarily - many accounts run on existing pages. If your page is the bottleneck, we'll flag it in week 1 and quote the build separately.
