First tasks

Say it the way you would say it to the person who answers your phone.

These six cover most days. Each one names the tool the assistant calls behind the scenes, so what happens is never a mystery.

Run my morning brief

Reads back who is waiting, what is due today, and three things to do before noon. Tools: daily_brief.

Who should I call right now?

Ranks your open leads by fit, timing, and how long they have waited, and says why each one is near the top. Tools: next_calls.

Add a lead: Sam Tate, 903 555 0100, wants a quote on a fence

Creates the lead in your workspace with the source set to the assistant. No consent to text is assumed. Tools: add_lead.

Text Jamie back and tell her we can be there Thursday morning

Drafts the message in your voice. You say send, and it goes from your connected line only if she agreed to texts. Tools: draft_reply, send_message.

Draft this week's posts

Writes three Facebook posts, one lead ad, and one thirty-second video script with a shot list. Nothing publishes until you approve it. Tools: draft_weekly_content, approve_content, publish_post.

What does a missed call cost me?

Runs the free calculator on your own numbers, inside the assistant. Tools: list_calculators, run_calculator.

What it can do

Three rhythms, and the rules they follow.

Every five minutes Autopilot checks for new leads and overdue replies. Every morning it writes the brief. Every Monday it writes the scoreboard and the week's content.

Leads

One inbox, five doors

Website forms, text messages, Meta lead ads, Zapier, and leads you add by talking to the assistant. One record per person, one history of what was said.

Replies

Fast first, then drafted

The instant reply to a brand-new lead goes out on its own, following rules you set. Every follow-up after that is drafted and waits for your yes.

Content

Drafted weekly, published on approval

Three posts, one lead ad, one video script with a shot list. Approve in HQ and they publish to your connected Facebook Page, or copy them anywhere.

  • Every text ends with 'Reply STOP to opt out' and fits in 300 characters.
  • Nothing texts without recorded consent and a connected line.
  • Real rows only in briefs and reports. No estimates.
  • No guarantees, no filler phrases, in anything the engine writes.

Your data

Where it lives and who can see it.

Built in accounts you control, the same way every LeadFlow system is. Here is what that means for the plugin specifically.

Your leads and messages belong to your business

They live in your workspace, separate from every other business on the plugin. They are still yours if you cancel: ask and Ryan sends you a file of your leads and messages the same business day. A self-serve export is on the roadmap.

Connection keys are encrypted

The key for your text line or Facebook Page is encrypted before it is stored and is never shown again after you paste it. API keys and sign-in tokens are stored only as hashes.

Texts go only to people who agreed

Nothing is texted without recorded consent and a connected line. STOP turns texting off for that person immediately. Texting the business first counts as consent; START turns it back on.

The assistant only sees what you connected

ChatGPT or Claude talks to the connector over an authorised sign-in you approve once and can revoke from HQ. The connector answers about your workspace and nothing else.

No cross-business audiences

One business's leads are never used for another's ads, content, or lists.

Want the engineering detail? The connector uses standard OAuth with PKCE, tokens rotate, and every database read is scoped to your workspace. Ask and Ryan will walk you through it.

Billing and cancellation

$49 a month. 14 days free. Cancel yourself.

Your card is not charged until the trial ends. One trial per business. If you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing.

  1. Open HQ, then Billing.
  2. Choose Manage billing. Stripe's portal opens in a new tab.
  3. Cancel the plan there. It stops at the end of the current period and HQ shows the end date.
  4. Your leads, messages, and content stay yours. Ask and Ryan sends you a file of them.

If the portal will not open for any reason, email hello@theleadflowpro.com and Ryan cancels it by hand the same business day. No retention call.

Support

A person answers.

Email hello@theleadflowpro.com or text (903) 500-8898. Say which assistant you are using and paste what it said back. Ryan reads every one.
