Explore our public services and run 16 business calculators and scorecards through a read-only API or remote MCP connection. No HQ account or API key is needed for these public tools.

Your assistant sends the numbers or listed choices you provide to our server to calculate the result. These handlers do not save those inputs or results. Your assistant provider has its own data policies. Do not send names, contact details or customer records.

Choose no authentication when adding this custom connector in a supported assistant. It offers public discovery and calculations, with no workspace records or sending actions. Custom-connector access depends on your platform and account.

Calculations use the numbers and choices you supply, or labeled example defaults. They do not fetch live market rates, Google rankings or customer records. Treat each result as a scenario or self-assessment. The authenticated HQ connector described below is a separate connection.

Choose a supported client, sign in or use an HQ API key, and review its access. Client features and menus vary by account. Work through these outlines during setup.

ChatGPT

Needs: Check your current ChatGPT plan and workspace admin permissions for custom MCP connections. Menus and availability can change.

Open Settings, then Apps and Connectors (called Connectors in some versions), then Advanced settings, and turn on Developer mode.
Back on Apps and Connectors, choose Create. Name it The LeadFlow Pro, paste the address into the MCP server URL box, choose OAuth for authentication, and save.
You will be asked to sign in and approve. Sign in with the same email you use for HQ, then approve.
In a new chat, open the plus or tools menu, choose Developer mode, and tick the connector so the chat can use it.

Signs in through an approval screen you can revoke from HQ at any time.

Claude, web and desktop

claude.ai in a browser, or the Claude desktop app.

Needs: Check your current Claude plan and organisation permissions for remote MCP connections. Menus and availability can change.

Open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector (it is at the bottom of the list).
Name it The LeadFlow Pro, paste the address into the remote MCP server URL box, and choose Add.
You will be asked to sign in and approve. Sign in with the same email you use for HQ, then approve.
In a chat, open the search and tools menu and make sure the connector is switched on.
Check after setup. Ask it: who should I call right now?

Claude Code

The terminal version. This one wants a key from HQ.

Needs: Confirm client support and workspace access before creating an HQ API key.

In HQ, open Plugin, make a key, and copy it. It is shown once.

Cursor

In HQ, open Plugin, make a key, and copy it.
Open Cursor Settings, then MCP, then Add new MCP server.
Choose the HTTP type, paste the address, and add a header called Authorization with the value Bearer, a space, and your key.
Save it and reload the window.

Creates the lead in your workspace with the source set to the assistant. No consent to text is assumed. Tools: add_lead.

Prepares a reply for review. Sending needs your approval, a connected line and recorded texting permission. Tools: draft_reply, send_message.

Prepares a content draft bundle. You review it before publishing through a connected Page. Tools: draft_weekly_content, approve_content, publish_post.

What does a missed call cost me?

Runs a calculator with the numbers you provide. The separate public API offers a selected catalog without private workspace access. Tools: list_calculators, run_calculator.

A configured workspace can support lead review, follow-up planning, briefs, reports and draft content. Agree the cadence and who approves sending during setup.

Leads

One inbox, five doors

Website forms, text messages, Meta lead ads, Zapier, and leads you add by talking to the assistant. One record per person, one history of what was said.

Replies

Fast first, then drafted

Prepare replies for review, then send through an approved connected channel with the required permission and consent.

Content

Drafted weekly, published on approval

Prepare a content bundle, review the drafts and publish approved posts through your connected Page. You can also copy a draft for use elsewhere.

Every text ends with 'Reply STOP to opt out' and fits in 300 characters.
Nothing texts without recorded consent and a connected line.
Reports depend on the records and outcomes actually available; missing data remains unknown.
Review generated drafts for accuracy before approving or sending them.

Your data

Where it lives and who can see it.

Review the intended workspace boundaries and data handling before connecting accounts or supplying private records. Confirm the actual setup with LeadFlow.

Your leads and messages belong to your business

Your leads and messages belong to your business. Choose who can access them in your workspace. If you cancel, contact LeadFlow to arrange an export. Self-serve export is planned.

Connection keys are encrypted

The key for your text line or Facebook Page is encrypted before it is stored and is never shown again after you paste it. API keys and sign-in tokens are stored only as hashes.

Texts go only to people who agreed

Sending requires a connected line and recorded permission. Confirm the applicable consent and opt-out handling during setup. A request to save a result or create a workspace is not marketing or texting permission.

The assistant only sees what you connected

Private access needs an approved sign-in or HQ API key. Review the permissions and how to revoke access during setup. HQ API keys carry all five workspace tool permissions.

No cross-business audiences

One business's leads are never used for another's ads, content, or lists.

Developer details include OAuth with PKCE, token rotation and workspace permission checks. Review the requested scopes and revocation path when connecting a client.

Billing and cancellation

$49 a month. 14 days free. Cancel yourself.

Your card is not charged until the trial ends. One trial per business. If you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing.

Open HQ, then Billing.
Choose Manage billing. Stripe's portal opens in a new tab.
Cancel the plan there. It stops at the end of the current period and HQ shows the end date.
Your leads, messages, and content stay yours. Ask and Ryan sends you a file of them.

If the portal will not open for any reason, email hello@theleadflowpro.com and Ryan cancels it by hand the same business day. No retention call.
