Run it for me

The agency lane.Ads, websites, automation, video, and content. Run for you, owned by you.

Meta ads, Google Ads, websites, automation, video, and content, run by Ryan Nichols in accounts you own. The free five-page website stays the front door; this is the lane for owners who want the whole loop handled.

You own the accounts. You pay the platforms. You keep the data.

The operating loop: capture, record, follow-up, sale, delivery, reporting
The loopCapture, record, follow up, sell, deliver, report. In your accounts.

Six services, one loop

Pick the piece that is leaking.

Each one is scoped on its own, priced in writing before it starts, and built so it keeps working if we ever part ways.

Facebook and InstagramMeta ads management

Lead ads and landing pages built in your Meta Business account, wired to your inbox and CRM, with the trace from ad to lead to outcome kept in your records.

Capture, record, follow up, sell, deliver, reportAutomation

The operating loop this site runs on, installed in your accounts: every inquiry becomes a record with an owner, the first reply goes out fast, follow-up runs on a ladder, and every automation is documented with its trigger, consent rule, and stop condition.

The ownership promise

You own the accounts. You pay the platforms. You keep the data.

The same promise the free-website program makes, applied to ads, automation, and media.

  • The ad account, pixel, tag, and audiences are created in your name or moved into it before a dollar is spent.
  • Ad spend goes from your card to Meta or Google. It never passes through The LeadFlow Pro.
  • Leads land in your inbox, your CRM, or a record you can export. No hidden copy, no cross-client audience, no reuse of one client's leads for another.
  • Reporting reads your own accounts and your own records. If we part ways, everything keeps working without us.

How it runs

Map, scope, build, launch, measure.

The intake asks for the monthly ad budget you are genuinely prepared to spend. A $0 answer does not disqualify you; it routes you to the right lane.

  1. 01

    Map

One call. What you sell, who buys it, where leads come from now, and the monthly budget you are genuinely prepared to spend.

  2. 02

    Scope

A written scope: what gets built, what you own, what you pay vendors directly, the price, and the first ninety days. Nothing starts without your approval.

  3. 03

    Build

Accounts, tracking, pages, forms, creative, and routing set up in your accounts, tested with the way you actually answer the phone.

  4. 04

    Launch

Live on an agreed date with the first-party trace in place: source, action, outcome, against your own records.

  5. 05

    Measure

A plain-English report on a fixed cadence with definitions printed on it, and one recommended next decision.

Proof, with definitions

Businesses running on the same loop.

Every figure names the business, the window, the source, and the date it was read. Lead records are not unique people and not customers.

Premier Dental Academy of Longview

The problem. Applications, payment conversations, and student records by hand, and software that still did not fit the way a school actually enrols.

What was built. An enrollment engine: applications, payment plans, an interactive tuition planner, free training simulators as the top of the funnel, career tools, and a hiring partner directory. Every inquiry captured, every student record in a database the school owns.

Owned by the client. The school owns the funnel, the student records, the tools students train on, and the accounts they run in.

Premier Dental Academy and The LeadFlow Pro share common ownership; this is an operating example, not an independent client testimonial or a promise of your results.

Lone Star Total Wash

The problem. Fleet and pressure washing sold entirely by phone call and word of mouth. Nothing online said what they do, what it costs, or what finished work looks like.

What was built. A mobile-first service site with a free quote request that reaches them instantly, a public price list, a completed-jobs gallery, and click to call.

Owned by the client. Built in the owner's accounts on Next.js and Vercel. The site, the form, and the leads are theirs.

Founder-built platform · Independent media · East Texas

RealRyanNichols.com

The problem. The audience and archive lived on platforms that could throttle reach, change the rules, or disconnect the owner from the people following the work.

What was built. An independent media system with long-form publishing, a searchable archive of case profiles, intake forms, an AI assistant trained on the owner's writing, SMS alerts, and a store.

Owned by the client. Ryan's own site, on his own domain, database, and infrastructure.

Ryan Nichols owns this platform. It is shown as a founder-built example, not a client result.

Before you fill in the form

Three things that are always true here.

  • No guaranteed leads, cost per lead, ranking, or return on ad spend. Anyone promising those is guessing with your money.
  • The free five-page website stays the front door. If that is what you need first, apply for it and skip the intake.
  • Prices for the agency services are confirmed on the scoping call and written down before anything starts. Call or text (903) 500-8898 if you would rather talk first.

Run it for me

Tell Ryan what is leaking. Get the scope in writing.

Ten questions. Business, channels, the ad budget you are genuinely prepared to spend, the bottleneck, who decides, and when. Ryan reaches out within one business day.
