Agency · Posts, pages, and emails that answer real questions
Content Handled for you.
A content engine built around one offer at a time: the questions, the answers, the posts, the pages, and the emails, drafted in your voice, published in your accounts on a calendar you approve.
No guaranteed leads, cost per lead, ranking, or return on ad spend.

The problem this solves
A page that has not changed since launch, a Facebook feed that stops every time the business gets busy, and emails that only go out when there is a sale.
What is included
The work, itemised.
- A question bank from your calls, texts, and reviews
- Two weeks to thirty days of posts, drafted and scheduled for your approval
- Service pages and articles written to answer the search, not to fill space
- Email follow-up sequences for one offer with consent and unsubscribe handled
- Publishing set up in your accounts with first-party analytics on every page
- A monthly note on what people read, clicked, and asked next
Ownership and vendor costs
Your accounts, your allocation, your agreed scope.
Leads land in your inbox, your CRM, or a record you can export. No hidden copy, no cross-client audience, no reuse of one client's leads for another.
You own
- Every post, page, article, and email
- The channels, the list, and the analytics
- The publishing calendar
Outside the agreed campaign scope
- Email software or scheduling tools identified outside the included campaign allocation in your written scope
- Additional promotion beyond the campaign's included advertising allocation, only with a separately approved scope and budget
Not included
- Invented reviews, statistics, or claims
- Marketing email to anyone who did not opt in
- Posting from LeadFlow accounts on your behalf
Managed acquisition pricing
Managed acquisition campaigns start at $7,000 upfront, including the agreed build and campaign media.
One initial campaign. From $7,000 all in. Up to 90 days from ad launch. Your upfront payment covers the initial campaign: onboarding, the agreed website and build, filming and edits, ads, campaign media and follow-up. Your written proposal defines the deliverables, advertising allocation, outcome target and counting rules. The campaign clock starts when ads launch after agreed readiness and approvals. There is no separate setup fee or automatic monthly renewal.
Advertising spend is included in the agreed campaign scope. Your written proposal sets the media allocation and platform funding arrangement; account ownership does not create a second advertising bill outside the package. No fixed media amount is implied by the package price. Additional acquisition scope is agreed and paid upfront; it is not an automatic charge when a lead arrives or a job closes.
Your written scope defines the outcome target and whether reaching it completes new acquisition. Targets are not guaranteed results. A counted farm/ag job requires signed or paid confirmation and agreed attribution; a lead or appointment does not count. Every inquiry already captured is still handed over. The 90 days start when ads launch after agreed readiness. At day 90, we review results; there is no automatic extension.
After the initial campaign, we review results and your capacity to take on more work. When growth supports it, the next engagement scales up from the initial investment. Any additional campaign, budget, outcome target, and price require a new written agreement and approval before payment or work; there is no automatic renewal charge.
Need content for a product launch?
Smaller storefront and product projects receive a separate written quote based on the build, launch, operating costs, and support you need. We agree on deliverables, ownership, timing, and price before work or payment. Managed acquisition is included only when separately agreed in the written scope.

Process
Map, scope, build, launch, measure.
- 01
Map
One call. What you sell, who buys it, where leads come from now, and the first 90-day campaign and the jobs your business can handle.
- 02
Scope
A written scope for the first 90 days: the agreed build, what you own, the included advertising allocation, the acquisition target, how outcomes count, and the $7,000 upfront minimum and any additional prepaid acquisition scope. Nothing starts without your approval.
- 03
Build
Accounts, tracking, pages, forms, creative, and routing set up in your accounts, tested with the way you actually answer the phone.
- 04
Launch
Live on an agreed date with the first-party trace in place: source, action, outcome, against your own records.
- 05
Measure
Reports connect inquiries to the agreed counted outcomes using your closing records. At day 90 we review results and capacity. If the work supports scaling, a higher investment needs a new written scope and price; there is no automatic extension or charge.
Straight answers.
What does a managed acquisition campaign cost?
One initial campaign. From $7,000 all in. Up to 90 days from ad launch. Paid upfront. Advertising is included within your written campaign allocation.
Can I quote content for a product launch separately?
Smaller storefront and product projects receive a separate written quote based on the build, launch, operating costs, and support you need. We agree on deliverables, ownership, timing, and price before work or payment. Managed acquisition is included only when separately agreed in the written scope.
Will it sound like me?
It has to. The first job is a short voice interview; every draft is checked against it, and nothing publishes without your approval on the first batch.
Can I learn to do this myself?
Yes. The Content Engine course in the Operator Academy teaches the same process.
