No. It points straight at your link. There is no redirect in the middle that anyone can shut off. If your link stays alive, the code works forever.
How big should I print it?
One inch minimum for something held in a hand. For a truck or a yard sign, a rough rule is one inch of code for every ten feet of scanning distance.
