Stage 07 of 8Portal, onboarding, the work

The sale is a promise.Delivery is whether you keep it.

Stage seven is the work itself and the place it happens. A login area, an onboarding path, the documents, the training, and the visibility that stops customers asking where things stand.

$500 starts the five-page Website Launch. Once intake begins, the deposit is non-refundable, except where the written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise. CRM, automation, portals, and deeper systems are scoped separately.

Built in accounts the business controls.

A connected delivery system with structured content, customer access, progress, and operations
Delivery systemDelivery becomes a system instead of a memory test.

Where delivery leaks

Find the leak before you buy the fix.

The sale closes and everything goes quiet. Files by email, updates by text, progress in somebody's head. Customers get anxious, and anxious customers cost more to serve and refer fewer people.

  • Onboarding that is different every time because it lives in memory
  • Files scattered across email, Drive and text threads
  • Customers with no way to see where their job stands
  • Training and materials rented from a platform that bills monthly
  • Team handoffs that depend on one person being reachable

What we build

What we build at stage seven

The place the relationship lives after the money moves. However you actually deliver, in person, over Zoom, or entirely in the browser.

Customer and client portals

A login area showing their project, their progress, their documents and their messages.

Member and student areas

Gated content, progress tracking, certificates, and the training itself, on your domain rather than rented from a course platform.

Courses and archives

Lessons, video, searchable libraries and public or private records. Built once instead of paying a platform every month.

Onboarding flows

The same first week for every customer, automated, so nothing depends on who is on shift.

Document handoff

Contracts, deliverables and files where the customer can always find them.

Team workflows and permissions

Who does what, in what order, and who can see it. Enforced in the database.

In person, Zoom, or self-serve

The system supports how you actually work: on site, on a call, or entirely asynchronous. Scheduling, reminders and notes land in the same record either way.

Practical automation and AI agents

The repeated steps handled automatically, with a human in the loop wherever a human should be.

Proof before promise

Already built. Go look.

Stage 08 is next

Delivery feeds reporting. That is the whole point.
